Delivery & Returns

At Harbour Hounds we take pride in how our goods are delivered to you - promptly, carefully, and beautifully presented.  We aim to despatch your online purchase the same working day the order is placed. Orders at the weekend or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. You can choose between a 48-hour or 24-hour tracked service

Delivery to off-shore islands, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands may take an additional day. 

Delivery

  • For EU purchases please place your order through our ETSY shop

  • For global orders please see delivery options at checkout or contact us at woof@harbourhounds.com. We can deliver to most countries.

  • Orders that have personalised embroidery may take longer and we will always liaise with you on this timing.

  • Orders for UK delivery above £75, will be free.

  • If your order is out of stock we’ll be in contact to see if you are happy to wait, or would prefer an alternative product.

  • Harbour Hounds LTD takes care to deliver to the correct given address, however cannot be held liable for failed delivery due to incorrectly entered address details. 

  • Orders to PO Box addresses can not be processed.

    Returns Policy

    All return requests must be emailed to woof@harbourhounds.com. This will generate a return number. Goods cannot be exchanged or refunded without a return number. This helps us to identify your return and process it efficiently. 

    Any returns should be communicated via email to woof@harbourhounds.com  within 14 days of order placement. 

    Goods purchased must then be returned within 14 days of communication, in ‘AS NEW’, condition not worn or washed, and all dog hair removed from trying on, for a full refund or exchange to be offered (excluding postage).

    Goods purchased at events or via our pop-up shop are not eligible for a refund. We are happy to exchange for a different size, colour, or product, as long as the product is returned within 14 days of purchase in ‘AS NEW’ condition, not worn or washed and all dog hair removed from trying on.

  • If your dog is not with you to try on a robe, we do what we can to advise on the correct size of Dog Drying Robes, however, we are not responsible if the robe you purchase is not the correct size. 

    The customer is liable for all postage and it is recommended that you send recorded delivery.  

    Please note that if exchanging a Dog Drying Robe for a different size you may incur an extra charge. Please see our website for prices. 

    Personalised products are not eligible for refund or exchange.

    If, in the unlikely case, goods are found to be faulty within the first 3 months of purchase please inform us as soon as possible via email to woof@harbourhounds.com, with a photo of your purchase, for us to review.

    We cannot take responsibility for damaged goods with unreasonable wear and tear or if dogs have chewed or pulled them and they cannot be exchanged or refunded.
