Reproduction of all or part of the Harbour Hounds website in any form is prohibited, with the exception of downloading or printing content to aid the purchase of Harbour Hounds goods, or for personal or individual third party personal or non-commercial use.

Prices and payment

All goods prices are presented and processed in Pounds Sterling. Delivery is an extra charge, which is viewed at checkout.   

We reserve the right to change the prices at any time. Should we do so after you order we will advise you via email before we process your order. 

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and ApplePay. We do not currently accept PayPal.

Returns Policy:

All return requests must be emailed to woof@harbourhounds.com. This will generate a return number. Goods cannot be exchanged or refunded without a return number. This helps us to identify your return and process it efficiently. 

Any returns should be communicated via email to woof@harbourhounds.com  within 14 days of order placement. 

Goods purchased must then be returned within 14 days of communication, in ‘AS NEW’, condition not worn or washed, and all dog hair removed from trying on, for a full refund or exchange to be offered (excluding postage).

Goods purchased at events or via our pop-up shop are not eligible for a refund. We are happy to exchange for a different size, colour or product, as long as the product is returned within 14 days of purchase in ‘AS NEW’ condition, not worn or washed and all dog hair removed from trying on.

The customer is liable for all postage and it is recommended that you send recorded delivery. An administration charge of £2.50 for all returned purchases for exchange or refund will be applied. 

Personalised products are not eligible for refund or exchange.

If, in the unlikely case, goods are found to be faulty within the first 3 months of purchase please inform us as soon as possible via email to woof@harbourhounds.com, with a photo of your purchase, for us to review.

We cannot take responsibility for damaged goods with unreasonable wear and tear or if dogs have chewed or pulled them and they cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Online Security

No transmission via the internet is wholly secure. Any information you choose to send to us is carried out at your own risk. We urge you to safeguard your data by protecting your computer with anti-virus software and ensuring your data is being transmitted securely.
